Great podcast. Really enjoyed. Regarding the (often difficult) subject of an A and B team, I think it depends on the coach's take. Time and time again we see kids (at U7 and U8) being "streamed" due to their ability with the theory of "more touches etc etc"....when in fact, it's purely done to win. To win on a Saturday. To win at festivals. To win at tournaments. I'm completely 50/50 and can see the pro's and con's of doing it and not doing it. But it's not for us just yet. We play for fun and inclusiveness, not winning. Maybe in a few years, yes. Not now when they're 6/7/8 years old. Look forward to the next Podcast. T.W
