Nice to see that dodgy second album syndrome isn't applying to this podcast 💪👍 Excellent listen. After listening to Alun Shearer lack of insight on MOTD, no wonder people are worried about heading the ball. At minis I tend to do one drill per year on different techniques on heading the ball out of safety concerns. The ball hitting the head in the wrong part (temple/nose) can hurt. In 4 years of girls football I've only seen 1 header (great header in all fairness) and it's not something I encourage the players to do.
